Some conservative residents of the district in which the Albermale school is located may well feel aggrieved but Principal McLauhglin shows a nuanced understanding of how political matters are to be handled in the classroom. Then too the environment is no longer an exclusively liberal cause, though liberals are, proportionately, still rather more likely to gravitate to it.
I think I can say that during my many years of teaching at a liberal arts college my students would not have known whether I was conservative or liberal.
