2. McDonnell has Robertson, Allen and Gilmore

The Question:

1. Which had you rather have?

The Out-of-Towners:

1. Deeds has Obama

2. McDonnell has Palin, George W., Chaney and The Newt

Question No. 2:

1. Which had you rather have?

The Cross-Overs:

1. Deeds is a moderate who will attract moderate Republicans on the gun issue alone

2. A gun to their head, Democrats won’t cross to McDonnell-on any issue

There’s Daylight In Them There Guns:

1. Deeds is a Second Amendment Democrat

2. McDonnell has a recorded vote in support of one-gun-a-month

The Meteorite From Deep Space:

This is that thing that flies in from nowhere and knocks a campaign train off the tracks.  See:  ”macaca.”  Both are vulnerable here.

The Call:

 Assuming the meteorite doesn’t come into play, it’s ‘Governor Deeds,’ come November.
