Schools in Arlington are facing the problem of declining or static property tax revenue from falling home values and the even more pervasive problem, applicable to many areas, of how to do more or at least the same as before with less money. The lot of school superintendents is a difficult one at present.
“Planned Regulations Would Govern Storm Runoff”
A better title would be “Regulations will Tax some Storm Runoff, but Most Will Remain Ungoverned”
We may as well try to govern storms, while we are at it.
Kaine absent from Richmond? Maybe that’s a good thing!
