All major elections have points of dramatic interest, among them former Governor Wilder’s not tipping his hand yet in the Virginia gubernatorial race. it is a different situation and a differnt state but president
(Contd.) President Obama has let Democratic Governor Paterson of New York know that he wants him not to seek re-election in 2010. One expects Democrat Wilder to endorse Deeds eventually but he has made approving comments of McDonnell. It looks like he wishes Deeds to move further toward his own priorities for the state he once governed.
