I agree with this blog’s author as quoted on the “Burning Perriello (& Pelosi) in effigy” article. There is discontent over this Congress & this administration.
About Fairfax’s desire to promote the learning of languages from an early age. Doing so can indeed foster resilience and flexibility of mind. My own experience with French was that though I learned enough to translate passages of some compexity from French into English, a graduate school requirement, I could not speak it or understand spoken French, having come to it only in my twenties.
